I get to go to Athens this morning for my quarterly admonishment from my PCP. Hopefully I can befuzzle him with the news of my most recent amputation and the weeks of IV antibiotics.
Typing in all that might shorten the time allotted for talk about A1C , weight, etc.

@gobbleinwoods , my PT gal says about 95% of us don't drink nearly enough water, daily. We should be drinking about half our body weight, in ounces. 200lb /2 = 100 oz. daily.

Worst part is, she says coffee doesn't count, since it's a diuretic! Blasphemy!

I had about 100 oz. yesterday. That is what the cardiologist said to drink.
