From what I've been told, there are numerous gangs in this little place, 2 main ones & a couple of wanna be's.............. not sure they know who all is in them, but we've just been equipped with FLOCK sensors thru out the city, don't know what it stands for but it is said to detect gunfire and get officers within so many feet of the shots, PLUS there are lots & lots of camera's personal & businesses are installing them and the after party was across from the Fire Station, it's all on film................

I was just adding up all our friends that will be at the beach same week as us. 8 couples in all. Only 2 or 4 if the boy comes staying with us, but everyone comes to our house that is pretty much sitting on the beach.

Mr and Mrs social butterflies.It a good feeling when folks want to hang out at your place.

It started at an "after prom" party on Saturday night/Sunday morning, boy started shooting into the crowd, supposedly the guy he was aiming for was with "his" girl - also he was in a rival gang, an innocent 9th grader from Ocilla was killed and 3 more wounded, they got him now, then yesterday there was a drive by and 2 guys were shot, they found the car & it's driver right up the road from my office, "heard" that was "gang retaliation"............ Fitzgerald schools on lock-down again today.

Flock cameras are licence plate readers.If the police know the vehicle they can access the cameras and see where they went.
It's also used for speeding in school zones and you get an automatic in the mail ticket.

Used to settle things with a little punch thrown here and there then a good rolling in the dirt and grass with a small audience cheering on one or the other. Then get up possibly a little bruised and scraped up and mozy on about your business. Next thing ya know they liable to be buddies again.
