I stepped in and gave some of the guys a little break from being called in. I have one fella that is having some minor health issues and just needs some rest. I also have a young man that has worked nonstop for almost as many days as me and has a brand new baby at home. I elected to give them both a break and handle things myself.

That's the difference between a bossman and a leader. My hats off to you sir.
