Eating Contest/Challenge

Despite my wife's protesting, I like to watch BeardMeatsFood on YouTube. This bearded British guy travels the world attempting, usually successful, eating challenges.

Have any of you attempted an eating challenge?

When I was in college a restaurant had a challenge to eat 50 Buffalo wings which I was able to complete.

I also remember my uncle and I getting into an unofficial contest to see who could eat the most tacos. Despite both of us being in pain, we were determined to beat the other. We eventually called a truce at 15 tacos each.

I don't remember ever engaging in an eating challenge. Speaking of, I think the famous Nathan's Hot Dog challenge is coming up soon.

Think there's a 5lb. Burger challenge. May be fries involved too at Myra Jean's in Crawfordville Florida. Never tried it though.

Y’all remember that ol boy on man vs.food ? Adam was his name. He would take all challenges. I told my wife he wasn’t gonna last long eating like that. He ate every hot wing challenge he could find. Sure nuff he ended up with stomach problems and left the show. This little gal is a professional eater, I don’t know how or where she puts it.

I took the Tacqui 2022 (?) one chip challenge. Without a doubt, the hottest thing I have ever eaten. NEVER again!

I thought about joining MLE but quickly realized I wasn’t good enough to qualify for the Coney. I like to win and there was no way I could even beat Sonja the black widow

I tried the Homewrecker challenge at Hillbilly Hotdogs, had about 3" left. The dog itself was just hot, grill and deep fried. Needed one more minute
