Favorite wild game recipe

Welcome back.
I love most all of it. When fried, A wild bird or a wild rodent such as a squirrel or rabbit is off the charts. I can about eat my weight in young fried squirrel or rabbit with rice and gravy. Buiscits are great but not necessary IMO.

it's a fish not game meat, but my Daddy's fried catfish, homemade hushpuppies (not the mix kind), cheese grits and coleslaw. Man he could make that fish fryer sing!

I used to make really good Brunswick Stew before I got the tick bite. I made some out of squirrels and a venison neck roast one time that was some of the best I ever made.

We make a real good rabbit stew. Involves
1 rabbit
Tomatoes
Tomato paste
Okra
Cheese
Onion
Tabasco and several more spices
Cream corn
Crock pot
We actually do the same with deer. Bc rabbits are about non existent in my lands
