Funny fishing story.

I had about forgotten about that site. Funny story.
Another one. Years ago I was headed out Keaton channel and saw a guy in a small boat flailing around at the old bird rack. I was headed that way anyway so I moved closer. As I did, I saw stuff flying out of the boat and then the fisherman abandoned ship. Went up to help and there was a 40lb Cobia wrecking his boat. He said his cork went under and started heading toward his boat and when he set the hook, the fish just jumped in the boat. I pulled my head knocker out and subdued the fish. Helped the guy gather his gear. He asked me if it was any good to eat. I almost lied and said no, but I felt sorry for him. Told him it was one of my favorite eating fish. He said, good because I am going to enjoy eating this son of a female dog!
