Gonna make some philly cheese steaks on the Blackstone soon.

Picked up some deli baked hoagie rolls from publix along with some shaved London broil and provolone. A few sauteed peppers and onions and I should be ready to put it all together one night this week. It'll be my 1st time doing them.

Over the weekend I ordered a colapable Blackstone stand for my 23 inch..I am going to find a cover big enough to cover and leave it outside..I wish they made one that would cover my 23 which has a lid. I keep it oiled and the body is made out of stainless steel. Then on to make a Philly, for my Bride and I.

I love Phillies, and the Blackstone does them up perfect.

Phillies are a great sandwich, especially with a little A1 on them.
