Got it printing nicely! I'll do some work with 3fg next, then work on the front sight.

Nice videos. I love flintlocks. Are you still using only one push of the plunger for priming your pan? You’re getting fast lock times it seems.

Yes one push. I still have to experiment with 3fg before playing around with pan charge. So far, its reliable and fast.

I tried 3fg powder today. Results from 80 and 90gr charges. Ignition was dang near instant! I filed down the front sight about .005" today and hope that will put it at least dead on at 50 yards. I still need to try 60 and 70gr charges, but will need to run more balls in the shop.
