Gulf coast cooking "pic heavy"

Had a blast in Florida last week and we did some mighty fine cooking. Boiled shrimp, beef tenderloin, Mahi ceviche, grilled snapper throats, grilled Mahi, snapper ceviche, raw oysters, baked oysters, smoked trout dip, shrimp boil, yellowfin poke bowl, and spicy yellowfin sushi roll. Man what a trip and what a fine mess of eats.Screenshot_20240617_132029_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20240617_132023_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20240617_132021_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20240617_132017_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20240617_132036_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20240617_132038_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20240617_132045_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20240617_132048_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20240617_132055_Gallery.jpg

Man! Thems some big skrimps. I would like to see how long it would take to get tired of eating that way. I'm guessing 15-20 years daily.

It's a shame people don't keep the throats from fish they fillet. At a fancy restaurant they call them "collars".
Them throats are exactly why I clean my own fish! I would take them and cheeks over filets any day!
