Heard County Rut - Any signs or sightings out there?

It's late November (Nov 29), has anyone seen any signs of the rut in Heard County, and if so, what area? Thanks!

Deer have been wide open for 2 weeks in Northeast and Northcentral parts of the county. 15th-22nd were peak chasing, which was dead on past years.

I’m on far west side and had first report of one chasing today . First couple weeks of December has been good to me on our lease

Our lease is South of Franklin where Hwy 100 goes to Hogansville.
No sign of chasing and hocks are not stained on cam pictures???

Beginning to wonder if there will be a rut?

Heard county is purdy diverse. Depending on where you're at in the county it won't start good for another week or so on the western edge. The eastern side of the county is done finished up

I polled per group text the membership, and no one has seen any rut activity???? I did some major scouting yesterday and saw lots of scrapes and horned trees.

Finally starting to see some bucks regularly on camera.

See lots of bucks on camera, all at night with no black hocks.

For two days Nov 21 and 22 i got a good many daylight buck pictures.

I hunt eastern Heard near Corinth. A lot of chasing a couple weeks ago, but seems to be dying down. Typical timing, as in seasons past. Still getting buck pics on trail cams, but most after dark.
