Hearts, loins, and straps in the outdoors!!

Me and the grandboys fired up the fryer at lunchtime, and cooked up some of the deer that The Kid shot yesterday afternoon. We sliced up the heart and one backstrap and fried the inside loins whole.



It all turned out dee-licious, and we are dang near all of it at one sitting...




It makes for a fine meal and a good time, eating wild food off a cardboard box in the back yard on a nice day!

I highly recommend it!!!
