Heat exhaustion warning

I got too hot one day when I worked at the fire department. July or August of 2012 working fire that we were on for several hours. 3 of us got caught by the bear, all 3 got iv fluids and a day in the hospital. My electrolytes were completely out of order.

The army has an interesting way of cooling folks off when they are a heat casualty. Strip down naked, core Temps, ice water poured over you and 2 bags of fluids going at the same time. 1 cold 1 room temp. It will really cool you off when your 105+ degrees.
