Flounder stuffed with a mix of crab, parsley, onion, garlic, creole mustard and w’shire. Fried green maters, and a relish made up from pickled okra, onion, garlic, tomato, parsley and such. Topped off with the alpha gal compliant magnolia sauce (ie no heavy cream)

You are definitely making the best of your disappointing situation! If I couldn't eat a ribeye but I could eat that for the rest of my life I might consider it a fair trade.

Looks to me like your getting the hang of it to me. I can't help but think that it was as tasty as the presentation looks

Looks good man. Glad you're finding ways to work around that tick-born mess.

No other choice really……. Strange thing is I haven’t had the craving for red meat I thought sure was coming whatsoever. I’ve never been a big dessert or sweets of any kind type person. But I’ve been absolutely hankering some ice cream, cake etc……. Ice cream is obviously a no go, thinking I’m gonna gonna give some cake a try that doesn’t have cream cheese icing etc a whirl, a couple bites maybe, and see how that goes. Unfortunately there’s no rhyme nor reason to this….
