I am wanting to mount an IR light to a Remington 700. What is the best way without securing it to the stock. If possible I would like to know the equipment needed.
I assume you are mounting a scope to the 700? If so..I’d use a mount & mount it vertically above the scope. Maybe give a little more detail about your setup & we can be more specific ?
Will be using a atn night vision scope, if mounted to scope will it need to be adjusted so that scope will pick up light or will it automatically be fixed by scope mounting.
