Have a bunch around the neighborhood, but I don’t have a clue on how to cook it.

Thanks everybody. I sauteed a small slice in butter to try it and to make sure I didn't die or start seeing Jesus. So far so good. Tomorrow I'm going to try a recipe I found used mushrooms in place of crab meat for crab cakes then freeze the rest.

I thought they turned out pretty good. My wife wasn't a big fan of them. More for me I guess
