With my wife still holding on to the keto stuff i made some shrimp scampi tonight. Shrimp seasoned with my all purpose seafood mix, sauteed in garlic, onions from the garden, butter, amd olive oil. Once the white wine, lemon juice, and additional butter came to a boil the shrimp were put back in for a bit. It was then all put on a bed of fried cauliflower rice. Made some quick pickles made with cucumbers from the garden for a side. Delicious ?
