for an S&W 22A heavy barrel with a red dot scope. I can't seem to find one on the net so I thought I'd ask all you guru's. Any leads are much appreciated.

You might try giving one or both of these places a call to see if they cant' hook you up with a shoulder rig.
One place would be the "Brigade Quartermaster" on 41 just north of Barett Pkwy. ph# 770-428-1248
The other is "Smyrna Police Supply" out on Windy Hill.
