Hey Man, Just lookin for quick supper workin with what I had on hand. The leftover mashed potatoes were good just browned in the skillet, but I had picked up some of the fried jalapenos as a BOGO at Publix this week when I saw them on the shelf and thought why not.That had to be good !
Ill try and give you a couple of tips Make sure the mashed potatos are refrigerated firm if youre going to cut em into little pattys.Going to have to try this, maybe tonight
My Mama makes taters like that sometimes and they are good.Leftovers it is.
