With this beautiful weather we’re having I had to fire up the UDS. Marinaded some cubed pork belly in Korean bulgogi marinade and picked up a tomahawk ribeye from Publix and let it air dry in the fridge on a wire rack for a few days.
I’m reverse searing the ribeye with some pecan smoke then gonna finish it in a hot cast iron skillet. Having loaded twice baked potatoes, steamed broccoli, and sautéed onions and shrooms to accompany for dinner. Burnt ends will be used for some tacos!
