Seared scallops, risotto with onion, garlic, thyme, roasted walnuts and Parmesan, along with fried baby portobellos. Salad with fresh Windy Hill Farm greens etc. Lunch today consisted of some white bass filets from Friday’s trip and some homemade tater chips.

sloppy somethings here… pretty good for a change. I rather have scallops, all things considered!
