Nice! Embracing fall here. Butternut squash soup, brocolli salad with apple cider dressing, pecans, and cherries. Cheese bread.

My friend busted a sleek little sport model off his cabin's back porch. He got tired of processing and asked me if I wanted some meat. I don't ever say no. Later that night, I brought some road goat curry to his house for dinner. My daughter absolutely slayed on the garlic naan bread. This was an excellent use of deer meat.

Salmon either in the iron or might fire up some charcoal.
Wish I had a good air fryer JUST for oily, skin on fish. You can do it up right in one of them.

Grilling fish is one of the best reasons I can think of for a gas grill. I always end up with left over coals.

Came out pretty good. Olive Oil spray and Tony's on the flesh side and butter and sea salt on the skin side. Melted butter and lemon juice to dunk in.
Figured that would fill me up so I didn't fix any sides. I'm full.
