Mothers Day Boil

The wife wanted crawfish for Mother’s Day, Louisiana Crawfish Co. Had a Mother’s Day special, 30lbs live, shipped over night to my door. Fired up the double jet burner with the 80qt pot and away we went. First did the whole garlic, onion, corn, potatoes and sausage with lemon. Then dumped all that in the cooler. Then I dunked the mud bugs and boiled for 3 minutes, shut the burner off and let them soak for 30 minutes. Also threw in some eggs. It sure was good.
