My small collection.

All from Dooly Co. area. Except for the volcanic ash and petrified wood at the top left. The wood is from our trip out west and the ash is from Mt. St Helen’s eruption, had a great aunt that lived in Oregon and she sent it to us.
The rock on the top right fits your hand perfectly, I’d like it to be a grinding stone but that’s probably wishful thinking.FC6A2EEB-AE65-4DCA-A9C5-EEFCAFF8488C.jpeg

Nice collection!. And yeah, that stone looks like it has some use wear on it.

There’s a natural spring not far from me that my late father in laws family used to own. I could walk around a lot of the fields around it back then, but people pass and landowners change. Good many points are found in this area, even found one in the ditch of a dirt road last year.

Beautiful …… not gonna lie … imma little jealous
There’s a handful of folks I know here in Dooly that have serious collections. One of my coworkers has just over 300 complete undamaged points and many more broken points. Makes you wonder just how long the natives actually were around.
