Last night's supper: Taquitos stuffed with smoked chicken, roasted poblano and red peppers, green onions, sharp cheddar and Jack cheese, southwestern seasonings, lime juice and beer. Jalapeno queso cheese sauce, Mexican rice, pico de gallo, sour cream, and such. I managed to choke some of it down.
