Generous spoon of creamy Jiff one side and grape or apple jelly on the other, glass of cold whole milk for me.

not/lightly toasted wheat bread; have never mixed beforehand.

I like Peter Pan honey roast, jelly don't matter

White bread, creamy and jelly. Plain and simple for me.

If I want to mix it up a bit I will butter and grill just like a grilled cheese sandwich. That’s is some good stuff. Warning go easy on the peanut butter.

Skippy Creamy.

Smuckers Grape.

Hawaiian Bread or potato bread.

No pre-mixing of components.

Now.....another derivative is:

Skippy Creamy.

Honey.

Hawaiian Bread.

Banana, sliced like like standard sammich pickles....but thicker.

Thin layer of Duke's mayo on of the bread slices....the one that the banana is placed on.

...just joking, seriously.
Peanut butter and honey for this kid in me.
Throw in a double/triple helping a bacon and make it a triple decker with honey on both sides of the middle piece of bread please.
My favorite bear hunting lunch.
And I just might smear a little bit on my knife and heat it up with my lighter just to let yogi smell it.
Trail mix and/or bananas is pretty good in there instead of bacon sometimes.

PB goes good with most anything. Grew up on creamy on untoasted white loaf with mayo or honey or syrup or jelly. Maybe even a nanner if we had some.

I wonder if they still make that swirly mixed-up jar of peanut butter and jelly? That stuff was nasty.
They do works good fer huntin sandwiches cause it ain’t got be refrigerated

I’m like mine with the peanut butter on both pieces of bread and the jelly in the middle. I love crunchy, but nobody else in the house eats it so we always end up with creamy. I like em with honey tew, instead of jelly

I didn't read all the wrong ways.

PB&J is simple

Peanut putter spread on both pieces of white bread. Grape, apple or homemade scuppernong/muscadine gobbed on either piece.

Smashed together (usually 2 or 3 sandwiches at a time), crust removed and a tall glass of cold, whole milk

Take two hot dog buns. Get a larger nanner and cut in half. Put one half on each bun. Coat the nanner with a layer of peanut butter. Last, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.

Jif Extra Crunchy, premixed with skrawbury jam, the kind with lots of chunks of skrawburys in it, toasted whole wheat bread.

Anything else is an abomination, but grape jelly, fig preserves, or pear preserves are an acceptable substitute if homemade skrawbury jam ain't available.

and 'mater soup does go well with a PBJ. I have been known to mix a tablespoon of Jif Extra Crunchy in a big ole hot bowl of 'mater soup from time to time, along with Ritz crackers
