They called these Butt Country Ribs.
Looked more like pieces. Some good fatty ones. Some stewed taters on the side.

Dad used to buy them when I was growing up, they were labeled as "country style ribs".
As I can figure, just a boston butt sliced into strips.
GOOD!! and did brunswick stew on the grill along side and baked potato.
Man it was good.

Still buy them at Sams when the price goes below what a B.B. cost. Other wise I'll toss a B.B. on the bandsaw and make my own.

Sometimes I get them where it looks like it might be shoulder/neck meat with some neck vertebrae "riblets".
