Well I was offline most of the last week and didn't take many pics of the meals we had...we had the typical Thanksgiving spread with a smoked turkey and ham...but the day before, we made a 7-rib standing rib roast, black Angus prime. The day before, we had bone in ribeyes that were black Angus prime. In Kansas, it's all about the beef...ham and turkey just don't cut it...
