Rediculously tasty roast beef

Found this recipe from the beef council ( Beef its whats for dinner) a while back. I've tried it on several different cuts and it always comes out crazy good.
Normally not at all a fan of rosemary but I am for the purposes of this recipe. It also works okay with dried herbs. Lots of other good recipes on their site too but this one's outstanding so I thought I'd share.
