Caught some perfect filet size cats out back last pm..after a hard day working cutting up trees that fell across fence & mending fence at fil farm this sure hit the spot..boilt scrimp..fries. slaw & fresh picked fried okra..skipped lunch ..stuffed now! Whatcha having ?

Picked up a beef tenderloin on sale last weekend. Got 14 of these nice steaks out of it. Twice baked potatoe and asparagus. Wanted to throw in some chanterelles but got carried away and forgot!got about half eat before I thought about a plate photo

Everything’s looking good in here so far! I’ve got some duck, andouille, crawfish jambalaya simmering. Will add the crawfish tails at the end. Will hydrate with some tequila while I wait.

Durn, y’all got down with some goodness! I made some pork stir fry over rice for lunch and supper today.

Looking good y’all! Gonna be a late supper for us, just put em on. Pork and chicken kabobs with fresh green beans and roasted little taters for us.

Well, after dinner and the car show this morning, we hit the Asian / fish market on the way home.

salmon, Asian style, soy sugar ginger for the mama, BF tuna, butter old bay lemon for the boys.

broiled. Remembered the camera rod a change. they were uge steaks.

Roasted a chicken, with some thyme and a lemon stuffed up his backside. Roasted potatoes and broccoli went with it.

Some mighty fine looking meals tonight ya'll, we're gonna cook something on the grill tomorrow. Me and Mrs Brown ate at the Briar Patch this evening, I had the special, a nice thick pork chop and sides, she had a hickory salad, it was good. Now I'm sitting by the fire, sipping on a jar, enjoying some bluegrass, its been a good day.
