Got a great wife, and mrs deserved a treat. She didn’t go to breakfast with me and my son this morning.

she did take a pork tenderloin out the freezer, and I did cast iron skillet PTL. red wine cream sauce, but no plated pic. Nailed it as far as cook time. moist and tender. Cut with a fork.

I've never been to Germany, but I believe I would enjoy the food. We're in Helen, and I enjoy eating German food while we're here. We just had breakfast at Hofers deli, it was gut!
