Still in the kitchen. I'd rather be campin' and cookin' over a camp fire. But this will have to do. Rindered some slice hog jawl. Added some onion. Added chopped cabbage, garlic, salt, white pepper, nature's seasoning and my home made ground jalapeno pepper seasoning. Cooked down and added garlic infused vinegar. Here's the pic's.
