Skillit Cabbage

Still in the kitchen. I'd rather be campin' and cookin' over a camp fire. But this will have to do. Rindered some slice hog jawl. Added some onion. Added chopped cabbage, garlic, salt, white pepper, nature's seasoning and my home made ground jalapeno pepper seasoning. Cooked down and added garlic infused vinegar. Here's the pic's.











Just gettin' a side or two ready for a Filet'.


Oh yeah, that's teflon cookware.

I have to confess, my wife owns and uses a teflon skillit. She is my best friend and I love her ever so dearly. Please don't hold it against me. I go outside when she pulls it out. I do hide it from her often.
