Smoked Pork Ribs, Andouille Sausage, Jalapeno Poppers, & a Fattie

Okay, so we both had a little too much fun yesterday with living life like we were in our 20's.

Phone rang this morning, it was JD sounding like death warmed over. We grunted at each other and then agreed to watch the race today and enjoy some man food.

We stumbled up to the grocery store and picked up the necessary supplies to smoke up some ribs, a fattie, some Savoie's andouille sausage, and JD's famous jalapeno poppers.

Here's the story in pictures:

Vittles

Bacon weave

Pork sausage, mushrooms, Vidalia onion, andouille sausage, colby jack cheese

Fattie wrapped up

Sautéing the andouille sausage and onions for the poppers

Stuffing the poppers with cream cheese, shredded cheese, onion and andouille sausage

Wrapping the jalapeno popper with bacon

Poppers are ready for the smoker

Ribs , fattie, and andouille sausage looking good
