For years this 1100 acres property has been overrun by deer populations that had to be thinned by getting kill permits from the state. Its 300 acres of cotton, corn, peanuts, soybeans fields, 150 acres in pecan orchards inter planted with clover and rye grass, 12 acres of fruiting pears, the balance in hardwoods and planted pines. Plenty of deer, turkey and hogs. There are 10 permanent stands on the property all stands are marked on photo map at club house. There are 4 fishing lakes. $40 a month there is a 3 BR 2 BA mobile home on this property that sleeps 8-13 people we have air/heat and direct TV. And have camper hookups. There is a covered cleaning area with lights. We have plans to add a 17x26 outside cook shacks with commercial equipment. This is a year round lease beginning 06-01-13 and ends 05-31-14.
