Started dog and a wild covey

I've been fortunate to be asked to start 2 Slovakian Roughhaired Pointers from Dakota Sky Pudelpointers. They've done a great job in training. This young dog named Fox was fortunate enough to be out when we checked on a wild covey I scouted earlier this year.

Just when I think I have heard of every pointing breed in the world, somebody springs another one on me! I have never heard of this breed.
Good looking dog, though. It looks like he is coming along just fine.
they're one of the 30 NAVHDA breeds. Not very common in the states. If I remember correctly his parents were imported.

He's done great so far on wild bobwhites and a trip to Michigan for grouse/woodcock. He will make someone a very nice dog.
