Smoked a prime rib I picked up at Publix. $9.49 a lb never tasted so good.

Man that plate looks Good. You are either living large with 2 generous portions of pea's and beans or living by yourself. ?

My sister sent us home with ground deer from their freezer last month when we spent a few days with them. Fired up the grill this afternoon made up patties and my son threw on a few emu burgers he ordered, well, turns out what we thought was ground deer was actually sausage, they turned out great, and we've got meals for a few days.
