If anything happens to the Governor involving anything sharp, we know who to put at the top of the suspect list!

No thanks. That is an example of one of the most beautiful places on earth ruirnt by stupid people, and too many people. My son is stationed in San Diego right now, and he hates it.

Northern California is naturally beautiful at least. Southern Cali isn't. I was talking to him the other day, and he said, "Dad, I miss trees so much."

My son-in-law was stationed in San Diego (and of course my daughter and their kids too) for a while. They had an apartment right in the middle of the city. It was spitting distance from a freeway exit ramp with a homeless enclave under the ramp. The smell of weed and homeless bodily functions permeated their apartment complex. Sometimes their fires would get out of control and burning debris would fly around. And these were the good things about the location!
The U.S. Navy "housing allowance" wouldn't pay for anything fancier.
