Thick crab cakes sauteed crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. Fried green tomatoes, a corn salsa type concoction and magnolia sauce. The corn salsa consisted of roasted corn, shallot, red and banana pepper, garlic, lemon thyme, olive oil, a little apple cider vinegar, honey and creole seasoning. The sauce starts with pan toasted creole seasoning, catsup, brown sugar, w'shire, hot sauce and heavy cream.
