Mexican chicken dish the wife made up plus mexicorn casserole & sazon’ pintos.
Thought she was making quesadilla's, but that wasn’t what was in the skillet…Ended up making mine into a bowl. Turned out great!

Bought a roast from Muddy Farms in Clermont and finished off what was left from yesterday. In crock pot were roast, onions, potatoes, carrots, & celery. I wanted some other veggies added but the pot was full. Good eating!
