Any tips? Never cooked one before on the grill. Cooking it Saturday.

Wrap in foil for a period and unwrap to finish?

I don’t wrap turkeys or chickens. I usually inject with butter and creole seasoning, rub and oil on the outsideand under the skin . Cook it hotter than you would pork, about 300.

Unwrapped, set 225 until core temp is 110 then set 350, cook until core temp reaches 160, time depends on bird size. Let rest at least 30 minutes.

Doing one today. Spatchcocked it last night and put a rub on it overnight. I set the pellet grill for 180 and put the bird on straight from the refrigerator. Let it cook for about an hour and then turn the grill up to 350 until it gets to 160. Pull it and let it sit a bit then slice away.
