As an Elite member, [Ms. Giles] claims the right to legal compensation for criminal defense costs up to $150,000. Giles claims that although USCCA paid the first $50,000 of legal expenses, “they have thereafter refused further payment, despite amicable demand that they do so.” As a result, she’s now suing for the $100,000 remainder.

Interesting , I took my wife and sister-in-law to one of their "seminars" on self defense, hoping they both would get some information on when they were justified in using a gun for self defense, the information was good, but the latter half of the seminar was basically a sales pitch, if I were in a past line of work where my odds of being involved in a shooting were higher, I might have signed up, if things continue to deteriorate I might well sign up with one of those services, but doesn't sound like UScca would be the best choice ,,,
