It's actually not hard at all. You can make a sushi roll in two minutes after you get the rice done.

I agree on home food being better. Most restaurant food now seems like these frozen dinners heated up in microwave for 6 minutes.

I’m going to try. I think my noticeable struggle is going to be keeping the rice to hold together.

You have to use the right rice. You want short grain sushi rice, not regular long-grain rice. It's a bit sticky.
