Forgot To Post Last Night ?

This is the Ahi Tuna I was supposed to do night before last. To wore out. Didn't even stop long enough to eat until after midnight.

So. Had Ahi Tuna Steak. Seared in butter with original Everglades.
Shrimp Scampi with fresh pressed garlic and butter (just butter and a lot of garlic)

Had Tuna and Shrimp then still hongry' so I cooked another Ahi Tuna Steak and thin sliced leftover Ribeye.
