I transplanted some duck weed into one of my invertebrate ponds not knowing what to expect but the results have been pretty cool. I put a trail cam on here and thought y’all might find some of the pics to be interesting. Feel free to add to it with swamp/duck/pond pics of water going critters….

Interesting. Are all them things eating The crawdads in the pond?

There are a few waterfowl using it but the winner for most use of the pond goes to the protein eaters. There is something good to eat in there.

@georgiahome I’m sure there are natural
crawfish in that pond but it’s not one I’ve stocked with them. I keep a few inches of water on it for the aquatic veg and the invertebrates.
