Sorry I've been out in Colorado hunting Bulls with my bow and have been out of the loop for 2 weeks doing so . Hey someone's gotta do it . I missed Ivan completely here in Georgia but I got the dayum sneaux tho . How is our acorn crop looking after Ivan?? We got any left in the trees?? Have riped ones been dropping yet?? I can't wait to get back out into the whitetail woods for a change . Thanks for any help!

Can't say for sure about the acorns, but I suspect there are many left to ripen and drop, despite many getting knocked out early.

I was up at the lake a few days ago and could hear a few trees dropping. I noticed on the WMA sign out board only one doe had been taken, and that was on opening day.

How did you do with the elk?

Went hunting this weekend (Talbot) and herd plenty of acorns falling to my suprise ... Howd you do in Colorado? Ant pics?...
