Although I have never hunted in Dooly that would be my 1st choice and Talbot would be 2nd. The reason for Talbot is the whole county is QDM as is Dooly.

Yep, Dooly and Marion...
GON did "county review" last year, and rated counties potential for
BIG bucks, and Dooly was listed in top county, and Marion is next
best group....

Wish my wife would agree to 2 counties.....

More imprtant than county is clubs themselves, i.e. club rules, number of acres per member, type of timber, etc. Recommend choosing club with attributes that you like best as there's nothing worse than being in a terrible club in a great county as I once was in Dooly county.
