Took her out twice this weekend, brunch and supper. Today was the actual birthday, so did our own thing at home tonight. Pan seared some Windy Hill Farms pork chops and served along with some candied butternut squash, some kale sauteed with bacon, onion and garlic, and an apple-ginger chutney. The chutney was ginger, onion and garlic sweated down, then added some cumin, cinnamon, coriander and honey and let that thicken down. Then added the apple and a little apple cider vinegar and let that come together.
