Haven’t done much trapping in the last couple years . Landowner that lets me turkey hunt called and said he’d been seeing a few coyotes in his cow pastures , and asked if I’d set some traps . Sure don’t want him to find someone else and let them hunt . Dug my gear out today, had dyed and waxed after last use and they looked good . Plan on getting them in the ground this week .

I sat them for a landowner and with my busy schedule right now I really didn’t have time to be messing with them . He’s been really wanting to learn himself . I set 4 and watched him set 1 and left all my gear with him and told him to send me some pictures . All I’ve gotten so far was 2 coon pictures and an opossum .

Probably going to have to be soaked with vinegar & pressure washed..then boiled a few times..

I hate catching skunks. Very hard to get all of that smell off the trap.

They'll dig your trap up if it has any odor on it.
