Youth Muzzle Loader Suggestions?

There is plenty of confusion by the average citizen about which MLs can and cannot be shipped. I was trying to get a guy from Albany to ship an original style Rem 700 ML to me but he was insistent that it could not be. The newer ones cannot be.

Then I gave him my FFL address to ship it to since he would not charge me anything since it is a ML but he just decided it was too much hassle.

Oh well. Didnt need it I guess.
