I shoot a Ruger M77 Stainless/Composite and have loved the gun since day one. Over the years I have tried different cartridges and currently am torn between a Hornady BT 139gr. and a Remington Core Lok 140gr. Does anyone have an idea on which round is better. I have killed deer with both. I will say this though, the Hornady 139 blew a hole through a nice Doe the size of a bowling ball...kind of surprized me. The bullet went in just in front of the shoulder and exited just behind the other shoulder.

Hornadys are the next best thing besides handloads
