It's spelled "Armuchee" but is pronounced "Armurchee". Weird, i know. But its an old Indian word that I have been told means "land of many fish". Rocky Mtn is archery only. I sometimes hunt Berry College WMA which borders it in a few places, but have never hunted Rocky Mtn. I would be interested to hear if anyone has ever had much luck there. I duck hunt on the lakes there but it is hit or miss.

I’ve hunted it for the past couple of years, came very close a time or two, but not cigar.
Looking at the checkout list for the past couple of years and my own personal experience there… it’s not a bad place to throw a pointed stick at fur.
The scenery is certainly worth the trip.
